[Transform] transform.IsChildOf(transform) returns true
Currently returns true (by design in cpp code, the binding method name is IsChildOrSameTransform), the method should probably be renamed to match behaviour.
editor test - TransformParent.Transform_IsChildOfSelf_ReturnsFalse()
Changing this would break behaviour. But it's not clear what the value is.
