Yes
Transform Node does not have outputs when it is created
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “BugRepro” project
2. Open the “Assets/TestGraph” Visual Effect Asset using the Visual Effect Graph window
3. In the Visual Effect Graph window, create a new Transform Node (right mouse button > Create Node > Operator > Inline > Transform)
4. Observe the Node’s outputs
Expected result: There are “position”, “angles” and “scale” outputs
Actual result: There are no outputs
Reproducible with: 2022.3.25f1, 2022.3.27f1
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.38f1, 2022.3.24f1, 6000.0.0f1
Reproducible on: Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
Note: If you copy and paste a Transform Node which was created in 2022.3.24f1 version, the new Node will have all the outputs
