Transform.position is different from rigidbody.position when object is spawned
To reproduce:
1. Open the project, attached by the user (terratech.zip)
2. In Debug Panel tab (Window -> Debug Panel), press Quick button
3. Wait until the game spawns a small machine
4. In Project browser, select Assets/Resources/Presets/RandD/TurretChargingStation
5. In Game, press Spawn as Player (New) button
6. Open the Physics Debugger
7. Observe the physics geometry offset from visual geometry
Expected: physics geometry position is synced with transform position at all times
Reproduced in 2017.2.0f3, 2017.3.1p1
Could not test in 2018.1 and 2018.2 due to various errors in the console
Could not test in 2017.1 due to errors in the console as well
