Collision 2D detection does not work correctly in 5.4 and newer versions
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project in 5.4 or 5.5

3. press play
-"Dummy" gameObject starts to flip randomly.
Actual result: collision with raycasts gets triggered more than once making gameObject flip multiple times .

Reproduced on: 5.5.0b2, 5.4.1f1
Does not reproduce on: 5.3.6p4
