TouchScreenKeyboard behaves unexpectedly when it is opened while StandaloneInputModule is enabled on WP8.1
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download attached project. Note that "Allow Activation On Mobile Device" is set to true in Standalone Input Module.
2. Build and run it on device
3. Click on Input field to open TouchScreenKeyboard. Keyboard will open or not. If it opens, it might close any time.
