Tooltips are shown in the random place when there is not enough space for it above the element
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached "ReproductionTooltip" project
2. In the toolbar -> Quiz, make sure "Load bootstrap scene On Play" is selected
3. Make sure Play mode is in "16:9 Aspect"
4. Enter the Play Mode
5. Click Start -> Play -> 1 quiz -> Play
6. Hover on the lives icon on the left side of the progress bar
7. Observe the tooltip
Expected results: The tooltip is opened near the UI element
Actual results: The tooltip is opened in the middle of the screen
Reproducible with: 2021.3.45f1, 2022.3.53f1, 6000.0.29f1, 6000.1.0a6
Reproducible on: Windows 11 (ARM)
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
