Tooltip overlaps other elements in New Project window
Steps to reproduce:
- Open Unity Hub
- Install 6000.3.5f1 or 6000.3.4f1 or 6000.3.4f1
- Open the "Projects" window
- Click the "New Project" button
- Scroll to the installed build
- Hover the mouse above the "Warning" section
- Verify that you get a tooltip
- Scroll the list and observe the tooltip behaviour
Actual results: When scrolling in the Project window, the tooltip remains visible and overlaps other UI elements, obscuring content and interfering with the layout
Expected results: The tooltip does not overlap other elements while scrolling in the Project window.
Reproducible with versions: 3.16.3
Tested on (OS): macOS - Tahoe 26.2
