Tooltip disappears too quickly and “Learn more about Unity Version Control” link cannot be pressed
Reproduction steps:
1. Open Unity Hub
2. Press “New project” button
3. Hover over question mark icon next to Use Unity Version Control setting for the tooltip to appear
4. Try to click “Learn more about Unity Version Control” link
Actual result: Tooltip disappears before the link can be pressed
Expected result: Tooltip does not disappear and link can be pressed
Reproducible with: 3.14.2
Reproduced on: macOS Sequoia 15.4 (M4), Ubuntu 22.04
