Tools.viewTool cannot be accessed
To Reproduce:
1. Open the attached project, add script 'BugTest' to an empty gameObject.
2. Select/deselect this new object. Observe that an error is thrown after:
Debug.Log (UnityEditor.Tools.viewTool);
3. Same happens when trying to access it in play mode.
