[WinEditor] Tooltips are slightly clipped at the bottom edge
Steps to reproduce:
- Open any Project
- Open the Project Settings Window (Edit > Project Settings)
- In any of the Preference tabs, hover cursor over any of the Settings options 1 by 1 and compare tooltip edges
Actual results: Some Tooltips throughout the Editor are missing bottom edges, some are missing side edges
Expected results: Tooltips always show up with all 4 edges present
Reproducible with versions: 6000.5.0a1, 6000.5.0a4
Not reproducible with versions: 6000.0.64f1, 6000.2.15f1, 6000.3.4f1, 6000.4.0b4
Tested on (OS): Windows 11
Notes:
- This is Windows only issue
- The display scale of the OS and Unity Editor needs to be at exactly 100%
