[SceneView] Disable HDR/tonemapping when GI Chart, etc visualizations are on
To repro:
1. Open attached TonemappedChartsIssue
2. Open scene TonemappedCharts
3. Notice that visualisations like UVCharts are really hard to read due to all the white bleachness (screen attached)
