All popup windows in the editor are not closed when the main window is being resized.
Steps to reproduce:
- Create a new Unity project using the Universal 2D template
- Create a new Sprite Asset (Assets > Create > 2D > Sprites > Triangle)
- Select the Triangle Asset in the Project window
- Click the "Open Sprite Editor" button in the Inspector window
- Click to open the "Toggle Sprite Editor locks" dropdown
- Resize the Sprite Editor window while the "Toggle Sprite Editor locks" dropdown is active/opened
Actual results: When resizing the dropdown moves outside of the Sprite Editor window
Expected results: When resizing either the dropdown is closed/inactive or is contained inside the Sprite Editor window
Reproducible with versions: 6000.1.9f1, 6000.2.0b8, 6000.3.0a1
Tested on (OS): macOS Silicon Sequoia 15.5
Notes:
- Also reproduces with the "Slice" dropdown
- Does not reproduce with the "Sprite Editor" dropdown, the dropdown instantly closes when the mouse clicks somewhere else
- Having different functionality for closing the dropdown on multiple dropdowns in the same window is inconsistent. The dropdowns should function the same.
Added Notes:
- This happens to all popup windows in Unity Editor eg Gizmo Popup window in Sceneview, Free Aspect Popup window in GameView.

If QA feels otherwise, please reopen the issue and assign to a team that handles Editor as the issue is reproducable across different part of Unity.
