[TMPro] Setting char array of size 0 via SetCharArray does not clear text
To reproduce:
1. Open the attached project (SetCharArray.zip)
2. Enter Play mode
3. Press Space
4. Observe that the text still says "Hello World"
Expected: calling SetCharArray (new char[0]), SetCharArray (new char[] {}) or SetCharArray (string.Empty.ToCharArray ()) should clear the text
Reproduced in 2017.3.1p4, 2017.4.7f1, 2018.1.8f1, 2018.2.0f2, 2018.3.0a5
