TMP InputField initial text gets cut off when using Vertical Layout Group Component
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Import the attached 'TestVerticalLayoutScene.unitypackage'
3. Open the Scene 'TestScene'
4. Import TMP Essentials
5. Enter and exit Play Mode
6. In the Hierachy window click on Canvas -> Panel -> InputField (TMP) (1)
Expected result: InputField initial text 'Enter text' is fully visible and readable in the Scene or Game view
Actual result: upper part of 'Enter text' gets cut off and is unreadable
Reproducible with: 2.0.1 (2019.4.0f1)
Not reproducible with: 2.1.0 preview.1 (2019.4.0f1), 3.0.0 - preview.14 (2020.1.0b12, 2020.2.0a14)
Could not test with: 2018.4.23f1 (TestScene InputFields get distorted when downgrading)
