Title "URP Dynamic Resolution" is not truncated with "..." and becomes overlapped by the checkbox
*Steps to reproduce:*
# Create a project
# In a scene view click the "Cameras" button
# In the "Cameras" window, click the "Open camera properties window" button
# Resize the window and observe the "URP Dynamic Resolution" section
*Actual results:* Title "URP Dynamic Resolution" is not truncated with "..." and becomes overlapped by the checkbox. A screenshot is added below in the "Attachments" section.
*Expected results:* The mentioned title should be truncated. The expected result is presented in the same screenshot in the "Inspector" tab.
*Reproducible with versions:* 6000.0.46f1, 6000.1.0b14, 6000.2.0a8
