[Tiny] Entity name cannot get shorter than one character long when trying to delete it
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached "TestFor1165228.zip" project
2. Open "NewProject" DOTS project
3. Select the "Camera" Entity in the Hierarchy window of the MainScene
4. In the Inspector window, try to delete the Entity name
5. Notice how the name cannot be fully deleted
Expected result: the name of the Entity can be fully deleted
Actual result: the name of the Entity remains at least one character long when trying to delete it
Reproducible with: 2019.2.0b9 (preview - 0.16.1), 2019.3.0a9 (preview - 0.16.1)
