[Timeline] Only the bottom-most object turns into a track when dragging multiple objects into the Timeline Editor window
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open QA-supplied project ("Timelinedragbug.zip")
2. Open Timeline and Hierarchy windows
3. Select "Director" object to see required data in Timeline window (lock it so it doesn't disappear after you select other objects)
4. Select multiple cubes from the Hierarchy window and drag them into Timeline window
Expected: Timeline Editor window makes tracks separately for all objects that were selected and dragged into it
Actual: Timeline Editor window only makes one track from the bottom-most object in selected objects in Hierarchy window
Reproduced in: 2017.1.3p2, 2017.2.2p1, 2017.3.1p4, 2018.1.0b11, 2018.2.0a4
Not reproduced in: 2018.2.0a6
Note: The bug appears independently of Track type (Activation, Animation, Audio)
5.6 not tested due to Timeline not being introduced yet
