Timeline cursor locked when changing properties of a blended clip

Package: Timeline

-

# Create a new Timeline Asset- Right click in project window > Create> Timeline
# Double click on the new asset to open it in the timeline window
# Select the timeline asset and add a clip for any track type hat can be blended with another- Cinemachine, Animation et al
# Duplicate this clip such that there are now two clips in the timeline
# Drag the end of the first clip into the borders of the other clip to create a blend between the two clips- observe the mouse changes to an arrow with a right angle.
# Select one of the clips and adjust any property in the Inspector- e.g change the start time to a new float value.
# Then return the mouse to the Timeline window and observe the mouse.

Expected Result: The mouse is displayed as the default cursor

Actual Result: The mouse cursor has now changed to the 'right angled' cursor. Note this can be reverted by editing the blend timings in the timeline window.
