[Timeline] Clip Offset Rotations values are not returning entered values
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Open the RotationBug scene
3. Select the Cube in the Hierarchy view
4. Open the Timeline Window
5. Select the clip and edit the "Clip Root Motion Offsets" (Rotation x = 90, y = 90, z = 90)
6. Observe the clip Offset Rotations values are not returning entered values
Actual results: The values change (x = 90, y = 351, z = 0)
Expected results: The values should stay the same as entered (x = 90, y = 90, z = 90)
Reproduced with: 2017.1.0p1, 2017.2.0b4, 2017.3.0a1
