[Timeline] Animated object is not positioned correctly when a StateMachine is used
What happened
The position or rotation of an object used by a timeline track will be changed and not be animated properly in play mode.
How we can reproduce it using the example you attached
1. Open scene "TimelineBug"
2. Select game object "Cube"
3. Open timeline editor
4. Play timeline in preview mode, observe how "breathTest01" moves
5. Now enable play mode
6. Observe how breathTest01 moves now
Expected: The breathTest01 should have the same positon as in Edit mode.
Remove the state machine controller in the breathTest01 animator component as a workaround.
