Time to import shader files doubled from 5.5.x to 5.6.x and 2017.x
Reproduction steps:
1. Open "testLiquid2017.1kk.zip" project in 5.5.x
2. Test the time it takes to import the assets
3. Open the same project with 5.6.x or 2017.x
4. Test the time it takes to import the assets
Expected Result: It should take roughly the same amount of time for all the versions
Actual Result: 5.6.x and 2017.x takes double the time to import the assets
