[Tilemap] Can't erase items from tilemap as eraser tool changes to paint brush
The Eraser tool changes to Paint brush tool while erasing from the tilemap
Steps To Reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Select the sprite in tile palette
3. select the Eraser tool
4. Move The Cursor to the Scene window and click on the painted tiles
Expected Result: Sprites are erased from the tilemap
Observed Result: Eraser tools changes to Paint brush tool

Not Reproducible In: 2020.2.07, 2020.1.0b8
