Tile Palette button with longer Palette name is misaligned and cut-off when Tile Palette Clipboard overlay is resized

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create new Unity project using Universal 2D Template
2. Open Tile Palette window (Window > 2D > Tile Palette)
3. On the left press “Create New Tile Palette”
4. Give it a longer name “New PaletteNew PaletteNew PaletteNew PaletteNew Palette”
5. Open Scene view tab
6. Press “;” to open Tile Palette Clipboard overlay
7. Observe drop-down button in Tile Palette Clipboard overlay in Scene view

Actual results: Button doesn’t truncated text, when overlay is resized, button alignment changes/drops and button is cut-off

Expected results: Button text is truncated and when overlay is resized, button alignment doesn’t drop, cutting the button off

Reproducible with versions: 6000.0.66f1, 6000.3.5f1, 6000.4.0b5, 6000.5.0a5

Tested on (OS): Windows 11, macOS Silicon Tahoe 26.2 (M1)
