There is no "Soft Particles" checkbox in Quality settings when project is created with LWRP template
How to reproduce:
1. Create new LWRP project
2. Open Project Settings
3. Select Quality settings
Expected result: "Soft Particles" checkbox is available in Quality settings.
Actual result: There is no "Soft Particles" checkbox in Quality settings.
Reproduced with: 2019.2.0a8, 2019.1.0b7, 2018.3.9f1
Notes:
After removing LWRP package checkbox is visible again.
When creating Unity project without LWRP template and installing LWRP package via package manager, checkbox stays in Quality settings.
Issue is reproducible with any package version.

Resolution Note:
Soft particles in LWRP are now enabled by turning on DepthTexture under General on the LWRP Asset. Also each Particle material has it's own settings and checkboxes which need to be configured.
