The water normal map and waves fade out when moving away from the origin
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project "ReproProj"
2. Open the “/Assets/OutdoorsScene.unity” Scene
3. In Game view, observe the fidelity of the water
4. In Scene view, hold “Left-click” and “Shift” + “W” keys to fly in a random direction
Expected result: Water details are the same
Actual result: Water details fade out
Reproducible with: 6000.0.51f1, 6000.1.7f1, 6000.2.0b5
Could not test with: 2022.3.62f1 (Tried to setup DLSS with a null globalSettings object.)

Not reproducible on: No other environment tested

I am the original submitter of the bug report. I would like to add that it is a regression error. It works in 6000.0.4f1.
