The 'Warning' popup doesn't show up after installing the Input System package
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Open Window > Package Manager
3. Install the Input System package
Expected result: The 'Warning' popup shows up indicating that the native platform backends for the new Input System are not enabled
Actual result: The package gets installed but the 'Warning' popup doesn't show up
Reproducible with: 2020.2.0b3, 2020.2.0b11, 2021.1.0a5
Not reproducible with: 2018.4.29f1, 2019.4.14f1, 2020.1.13f1, 2020.2.0b2
Notes:
- The 'Active Input Handling' setting in the Player Settings is set to 'Input Manager (Old)' even after installing the Input System package
