The Warning "Immutable packages were unexpectedly altered" is thrown when switching platform to Linux
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. In the Build Profiles window, switch platform to Linux
3. Observe the console window

Actual results: Warning: "The following asset(s) located in immutable packages were unexpectedly altered. Making changes to immutable packages isn't recommended because the changes can be lost without any warning during Package Manager operations.
