The user cannot run the application in VR mode from the editor or Rift standalone
The user cannot run the application in VR mode from the editor or Rift standalone, unless the 'Oculus (Standalone)' package from Package Manager is installed.
We have test case requirement where Unity Editor and Rift standalone Unity applications must run in VR without any Oculus software installed.
Also, as more of an FYI, VR mode does not work when we install our internal Utilities, unless the 'Oculus (Standalone)' package is also installed.

- Enabling/Disabling the Deprecated Nodes doesn't apply to the opened Shader Graph unless any Variable is added to the Blackboard
- Group Selection title text size is smaller in renaming than the actual font size
Resolution Note:
Marking as 'Won't Fix' since it's a one-time upgrade issue that doesn't happen with new projects. The error message is very clear. Please install the Oculus Package in the package manager.
