"The type or namespace name 'EditorMultiplayerManager' does not exist..." is logged when Dedicated Server and Netcode for Entities packages are both installed
Reproduction steps:
1. Create a new project
2. Using the Package Manager (Window > Package Manager), install the Dedicated Server package
3. Using the Package Manager, install the Netcode for Entities package
4. Observe the Console
Expected result: No errors are logged in the Console
Actual result: Multiple CS0234 errors about missing namespace name are logged
Reproducible with: 0.9.0 (2023.3.0a19), 1.2.0 (6000.0.8f1)
Not reproducible with: 0.7.0 (2023.3.0a19)
Couldn't test with: 2021.3.40f1, 2022.3.35f1 (Dedicated Server package is only supported on Editor versions 2023.1+)
Reproducible on: Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environments tested
Note: All testing was done on Netcode for Entities package version 1.2.3
