The texture of the material is being saved even when it is changed to another one
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Create new material
3. Set the shader to Particles/Standard Surface
4. Set Metallic texture
5. Save the project and check the material in a text editor
6. Notice that texture ID is created
7. Go back to the editor and Set the shader to Particles/Anim Alpha Blended
8. Set Particle Texture with another texture
9. Save the project
9. Check the text editor again
Actual result: Material saves the previous texture
Expected result: Material should not save the previous texture as just keep the last one updated
Reproduced on: 2017.4.0f1; 2019.3.0a12

Resolution Note:
The editor remembers properties by design so you can switch back and forth without losing work. The unused properties are stripped out in the build process so they do not impact the final build results.
