The text is pushed down when double-clicking on the Visual Element to edit it in UI Builder
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new Unity project
2. In the Project window, right-click -> Create -> UI Toolkit -> UI Document
3. Open the UI Document and add the Button and a Label Visual Elements into the Hierarchy
4. Double-click to edit the text field on one of the Elements
5. Double-click to edit the text on another Element
6. Observe the text field
Expected results: The text is not pushed down
Actual results: The text is pushed down
Reproducible with: 2023.2.0b5, 6000.0.43f1, 6000.1.0b11, 6000.2.0a7
Not reproducible with: 2022.3.60f1, 2023.2.0b4
Reproducible on: macOS Sequoia 15.3 (M1)
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
