The Test Track Tutorials do not set a custom layout for it to be effective
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new project using the Test Track Template
2. Try completing "The Vehicle Sample" tutorial
Expected results: Starting tutorials sets a custom layout as in other Templates, as switching to the Inspector windows on default layout exits the tutorials altogether
Actual results: The current layout is used and some tutorial steps become redundant
Reproducible with: 2021.3.16f1
Could not test with: 2020.3.41f1, 2022.1.22f1, 2022.2.0b14, 2023.1.0a18 (Template is not available)
