The Tag can not be removed when ending a Play Mode Scenario
How to reproduce:
1. Open the “MPPM_test“ project
2. In the Play Mode dropdown select the “S1“ Scenario
3. Enter Play Mode
4. Exit Play Mode and observe the Console
Expected result: Logs with “Could not remove tag“ are not seen
Actual result: “Could not remove tag 'T1'. Reason[InPlayMode]“ is seen
Reproducible with: 1.3.0-exp.1 (6000.0.11f1), 1.3.0 (6000.0.26f1), 1.3.1 (6000.0.26f1, 6000.1.0a3)
Could not test with: 2021.3.45f1, 2022.3.52f1 (package is incompatible), 1.2.0 (No Play Mode Scenarios)
Reproducible on: Windows 10, Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
