The selector does not affect the display property when combining two AI Designer root actions
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project "1411513.zip"
2. In the AI Designer window press the Space bar and add two actions from the "Actions" submenu
3. Drag and drop one action into the other
4. In the UI Toolkit Debugger window select the Port under the ReflectionNode
5. Press the "PortStylesheet.uss:1" button
Expected result: The selector should affect the display property to make it hidden
Actual result: The display property remains unhidden
Reproducible with: 0.1.0-exp.1 (2022.1.3f1, 2022.2.0a13)
Could not test: 2019.4.39f1, 2020.3.35f1, 2021.3.4f1 - AI Designer package not supported
Reproduced on: Windows 10 Pro
