The Selection Wire Gizmo is not being rendered in the Scene View when GPU Resident Drawer is enabled
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the “ReproProject“ project
2. Open the “Assets/Levels/LeveL_Bionic_Downfall“ scene
3. Select the “Bionic_Lab_Ground_Detail” GameObject in the Hierarchy window
4. Enable the Selection Wire Gizmo in the Gizmos dropdown in the Scene View
5. Observe the Scene View
Expected result: The Selection Wire Gizmo is rendered in the Scene View
Actual result: The Selection Wire Gizmo is not rendered in the Scene View
Reproducible with: 6000.0.6f1
Couldn’t test with: 2021.3.39f1, 2022.3.33f1 (due to GPU Resident Drawer feature not existing)
Reproducible on: Windows 11 Pro (22H2)
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
