Reproduction steps:
1. Create a new project
2. Install the ProBuilder package
3. Go to Tools -> ProBuilder
4. Observe the results

Expected results: The “ProBuilder Window” option is present
Actual results: The “ProBuilder Window” option is absent

Reproducible with: 6.0.1-pre.1 (2023.3.0b5)
Not reproducible with: 5.2.2(2021.3.34f1, 2022.3.18f1, 2023.2.8f1, 2023.3.0b5)

Reproducible on: Windows 11 Pro
Not reproducible on: No other environments tested

Resolution Note:

All the menu items are now dispatched in the tool context and contextual menus. All functionalities are still here, just moved in the editor for a better workflow.

I’m encountering the same issue in Unity 6.0.7, and it’s significantly impacting my workflow efficiency.

Whoever decided this would be a good design should rethink their workflow.
In order to e.g. collapse vertices I need to go to Tools / Probuilder / Geometry / Collapse Vertices (each time I want to do this). A shortcut is not available for this action (and several other actions as well). This is just painful.
With the now missing menu I could at least quickly click on the icon, now the workflow is several times worse. It's not possible to add a shortcut via Unity's shortcut menu either.

I am experiencing the same issue with MacOS 14.1.1 and Unity Editor 2023.3.19f1. It is not consistently missing. I have not yet recognized a pattern in the behavior other than restarting Unity does not appear to help
