The position of the Input Field TMP GameObject changes constantly when TextViewport of the TMP Input Field is set onto itself

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the SampleScene in the attached project "Notepad.zip"
2. In the Hierarchy window select Canvas > Main Notepad > Text Panel > Panel > Text Group > Main Input Field (TMP)
3. In the Inspector window observe Pos Y and Height values of the Main Input Field (TMP) GameObject

Expected result: the position of the Main Input field (TMP) GameObject remains constant
Actual result: the position of the Main Input field (TMP) GameObject changes constantly

Reproducible with: 2.1.6 (2019.4.34f1), 3.0.6 (2020.3.26f1, 2021.2.8f1, 2022.1.0b4, 2022.2.0a2)
Not reproducible with: 2.2.0-preview.1, 2.2.0-preview.2 (2019.4.34f1), 3.2.0-pre.1, 3.2.0-pre.2 (2020.3.26f1, 2021.2.8f1, 2022.1.0b4, 2022.2.0a2)
Couldn't test with: 4.0.0-pre.1 (2022.1.0a2) due to project errors after upgrading a package

Notes:
- Doesn't reproduce when the Height checkbox in Control Child Size of the Vertical Layout Group component is unchecked
- Doesn't reproduce when the Height checkbox in Child Force Expand of the Vertical Layout Group component is checked
- Doesn't reproduce in Play mode
