The Package Manager window contents are displayed incorrectly when dragged to another screen with different scaling
Reproduction steps:
# Create a new project
# Open the Package Manager window
# Drag the Package Manager window to another screen
# Observe the Package Manager window
Expected result: Content of Package Manager window is displayed correctly
Actual result: Content of Package Manager window is not displayed correctly
Reproducible with: 2022.2.0a14, 2022.2.0b1
Not reproducible: 2020.3.36f1, 2021.3.6f1, 2022.1.8f1, 2022.2.0a13, 2023.1.0a1, 2023.1.0a3
Reproduced on: Windows 10
Note: To successfully reproduce the issue, the Package Manager window should be dragged from the display with 100% scaling to display with something other than 100% scaling, e.g., 250%. Also, ensure that the Package Manager window has first appeared on display with 100% scaling.
A possible workaround is to resize the Package Manager window, however, I couldn’t escape the problem consistently.
