The Package Manager gives inconsistent search results and shows errors in the Console when searching by publisher name
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new empty project
2. Add the following package to “My Assets”: [https://assetstore.unity.com/packages/vfx/particles/spells/48-particle-effect-pack-13998]
3. Open the Package Manager (Window → Package Manager) and navigate to “My Assets”
4. In the search bar, enter “GAPH”
5. Observe that the “48 Particle Effect Pack“ is shown
6. In the search bar, remove the last letter, changing the text to “GAP”
7. Add another “H” at the end, changing the text back to “GAPH”
8. Observe the result
Expected result: The “48 Particle Effect Pack” is shown
Actual result: No search results are found
Reproducible in: 2023.1.0a11, 6000.0.5f1
Not reproducible in: 2021.3.39f1, 2022.3.32f1, 2023.1.0a10
Reproducible on: Windows 10, Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environments tested
Notes:
- In the FAV, the results are not inconsistent, and no error messages are shown, but no search results are found when searching by publisher name
- The package must be added to the account before testing (visible under "My Assets" on the Asset Store), otherwise, the search will yield no results in any version
