The "Optimize Mesh Data" Player Setting strips used channels when building the project
How to reproduce:
1. Open the “MeshDataStripped.zip“ project
2. Build and run the project
3. Observe the Player view
Expected result: The bottom mesh is red
Actual result: The bottom mesh is black
Reproducible in: 2022.3.61f1, 6000.0.47f1, 6000.1.0b15, 6000.2.0a9
Could not test in: 2021.3.50f1, 2022.3.0f1 (URP package related build errors, without the package, the bottom mesh does not render at all)
Reproduced on: Windows 11 Pro (24H2), macOS Darwin (15.1.1)
Not reproduced on: No other environment tested
