The Number of Verts Rendered in a Scene changes when changing Editor Version
Reproduction steps:
1. Open user attached Project
2. Open Performance scene
3. Make sure GameView aspect is set to 1920x1080
4. Press Play
5. Press Stats
Expected result: The number of Verts is the same across versions
Actual result: The number of Verts is different across versions
Reproducible with (Verts: 553.8k Shadow casters: 236):
2019.4.19f1, 2019.4.29f1, 2020.3.14f1, 2021.1.16f1, 2021.2.0a14, 2022.1.0a3
Not reproducible with (Verts: 487.2k Shadow casters: 206):
2019.4.18f1, 2018.4.34f1

Resolution Note:
Some shadow culling has been fixed here: https://issuetracker.unity3d.com/issues/shadows-get-unexpectedly-culled-when-adjusting-scene-window-size-camera-near-clipping-planes-or-shadow-distance
Now shadow rendering is more consistent you could have more objects rendered during shadow passes.
