[TreeCreator] The Material's Textures corrupt when Changing any parameters on the Tree with that Material
How to reproduce:
1. Open the "SampleScene" Scene in the attached "TreeBug.zip" Project
2. Note that the textures in TreeCollection > "baerong_Textures" folder are normal size
3. Click on the "baerong" GameObject in the Hierarchy
4. Alter Tree Seed parameter in the Inspector
5. Observe the Textures
Expected Behavior: The Textures are not changed after the Tree's Seed parameter is altered
Actual Behavior: The Texture size is abnormal
Reproducible with: 2018.3.11f1, 2019.1.0b9, 2019.2.0a10
Note: Could not test with 2017.4 because user prefabs break

Resolution Note:
Starting from 2020.1, the TreeCreator will only be available as a package in GitHub, where Unity developers and users will be able to contribute to its development and maintenance. To support this move, we are suspending bug fixes until the TreeCreator is a package. However, although TreeCreator will not available directly in the Unity Editor, Unity will continue to support any Assets made with TreeCreator
