The list is non-reorderable when the property is bound to the objects
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project “BindingBug“
2. Open the scene “Assets/Scenes/SampleScene”
3. In the Hierarchy window select the GameObject “Main Camera”
4. In the Inspector window expand the component “Test Script”
5. Observe the list “Bound to SerializedProperty”
Expected result: The list is reorderable
Actual result: The items of the list can not be reordered
Reproducible with: 2020.3.45f1, 2021.2.0a17, 2022.2.3f1, 2022.2.8f1, 2023.1.0a26, 2023.1.0b4, 2023.2.0a3
Not reproducible with: 2021.2.0a18, 2021.3.18f1, 2022.2.2f1, 2023.1.0a1, 2023.1.0a25
