The LightingWindow has a slow refresh rate when resizing in 2023.1
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open any project
2. Window > Rendering > Lighting
3. Resize the window
4. Notice that it's slow and laggy in relation to other windows
Noticed in 2023.1.0a22, on Windows.
Works as expected in 2023.1.0a19.
