"The layout could not be fully loaded" warning thrown in the Console window when creating new project using Mixed Reality Template
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new Unity project using Mixed Reality Template
2. Observe Console window
Actual results: "The layout "/home/ubuntu20-automation/.config/unity3d/Preferences/Editor-5.x/Layouts/current/default-2022.dwlt" could not be fully loaded, this can happen when the layout contains EditorWindows not available in this project.
UnityEditor.WindowLayout:LoadDefaultWindowPreferences () (at /home/bokken/build/output/unity/unity/Editor/Mono/GUI/WindowLayout.cs:87)" warning is thrown
Expected results: No warnings are thrown
Reproducible with versions: 2022.3.49f1
Tested on (OS): Ubuntu 20.04

- Build stack trace contains invalid lines when building with IL2CPP using scripts with delegates containing generic types in the signature
- Entities Systems window has a “Show Full Player Loop” dropdown which does nothing when clicked after enabling “Show Full Player Loop”
- Entities Hierarchy Search “Show/Hide” button’s Lens Icon is blurry when the Editor is on an external monitor
Resolution Note:
After trying a few configurations, I am unable to reproduce the issue. The warning is probably correct in this case: the last time Unity had a chance to fully serialize the layout, it may have contained a window we don't know how to restore. This generally happen with windows who live within a project that are not present / different in a new project.
