The inspector window freezes when saving changes in the custom material
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “BugRepro” project
2. Click on the "Funly_Sky_StarrySky" material in the Project window
3. Resize the Inspector window so that a scroll bar appears
4. Scroll down to the “GradData_Equator” property
5. Click on the “GradData_Equator” gradient field, and make any change to the gradient in the pop-up window
6. Click the "Save Changes" button in the Inspector window
Expected result: The Inspector window works normally after saving the changes
Actual result: The scroll bar disappears, and all fields in the Inspector window become unresponsive
Reproducible with: 2022.3.11f1, 2022.3.19f1, 2023.2.8f1, 2023.3.0b5
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.34f1, 2022.3.10f1
Reproducible on: Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
Note: Clicking anywhere in the Editor, and then clicking the “Funly_Sky_StarrySky” material again, makes the Inspector window work correctly
