The index.html file is generated incorrectly when building a WebGL project
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “repro-project”
2. Build the project
3. Navigate to the build folder in File Explorer
4. Open the HTML code of index.html
5. Find line 104
Expected result: The 104th line should contain the text "workerUrl: buildUrl + "/<buildfoldername>.worker.js","
Actual result: The 104th contains the text "workerUrl: buildUrl + "/","
Reproducible with: 2022.2.5f1, 2023.2.0a11
Could not test with: 2020.3.47f1 (Build completed with a result of 'Failed'), 2021.3.23f1, 2022.2.6f1, 2022.2.16f1, 2023.1.0b13 (due to a known issue (UUM-33189))
