The 'Enable' checkbox is displayed when using EditorGUILayout.InspectorTitlebar and the ScriptableObject has an OnEnable method
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user's attached project
2. In the Project window select 'New Container Asset'
3. Observe the Inspector
Expected result: The 'Sub Asset 2' titlebar does not have the 'Enable' checkbox
Actual result: The 'Sub Asset 2' titlebar has the 'Enable' checkbox
Reproducible with: 2018.4.30f1, 2019.4.18f1, 2020.1.17f1, 2020.2.2f1, 2021.1.0b2, 2021.2.0a1
Notes:
- The OnEnable and OnDisable methods are not called when enabling/disabling the 'Enable' checkbox
