The Console toolbar options are highlighted counter-intuitively when enabled in dark theme
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Change the Editor Theme to Dark in Preferences → General
3. In the Console window enable one of the switches (Errors, Warnings, or Messages)
Expected result: The enabled switches are darker in color and the disabled switches are lighter.
Actual results: The enabled switches are lighter in color and the disabled switches are darker.
Reproducible with: 2020.3.42f1, 2021.3.15f1, 2022.2.1f1, 2023.1.0a23
Reproducible on: macOS 11.6.5 (Intel)
Note: Not reproduced with Light Editor Theme.
