[Other] The character's mesh is constantly distorted when BlendShapes are imported
How to reproduce it:
1. Open the project from the attached Google Drive link
2. Load 'menu' scene from the 'Assets' > 'Scenes' folder
3. Enter Play mode
4. In the Game view observe the character's mesh distortion
Expected result: Character's mesh is constantly distorted
Actual result: Character mesh isn't distorted
Reproducible with: 2019.4.14f1, 2020.1.13f1, 2020.2.0b10, 2021.1.0a5
Could not test with: 2018.4.27f1 (textures aren't imported correctly)
Notes:
- To remove character's distortion in the 'surferGirl.fbx' Model Import Settings window toggle off the 'Import BlendShapes' checkbox
- It is only reproducible with 'surferGirl' GameObject's 'idle' animation when 'Import BlendShapes' toggled on

Resolution Note (2019.4.X):
The distortion is being caused by shape curves in the Idle clip. The following BlendShapes have bad spikes in the source curves…
Genesis.Shape_0/Eyes_Blink$$RL_48$$
AmyHair_base.Shape_0/Eyes_Blink$$RL_48$$
Flattening these curves to zero fixes the issue. Looks like these BlendShapes are not working/deforming properly.
This is not a bug, but rather a problem with the authored clip.
